Victory Liner’s Caloocan maintenance shop gets iso 9001:2015 re-certification
The Caloocan maintenance shop of heritage transportation company Victory Liner Inc., (VLI) has once again been recertified for ISO 9001:2015, making them one of the only bus transport companies with an ISO-certified maintenance depot. The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard dedicated to Quality Management Systems (QMS). The audit was conducted last January 12, 2021 by world-leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company SGS.
The recertification, awarded by SGS Philippines Inc., means that Victory Liner has successfully demonstrated the ability to consistently provide services that meet not just customer needs, but regulatory requirements as well, for another year running.
A commitment to safe and reliable transportation
At the Caloocan maintenance shop, all VLI buses undergo periodic schedules of preventive maintenance. Rigorous checks and well-planned preventive maintenance systems ensure that passengers are riding in well maintained and properly disinfected units. All these form part of the company’s safety protocols during this pandemic. Drivers and conductors feel safe when driving the bus, knowing that the occurrence of a breakdown in the middle of a journey is highly unlikely.
